近來很喜歡陳奕迅這首《活著多好》，是上星期不經意看到電影《常在我心》時聽到的。
電影說的是面對生命完結的故事，這首歌的歌詞意境的確很貼切。
假如有一天要離開自己所愛的人和事，你會選擇用什麼態度面對？
豁達還是依依不捨？珍惜剩下的每一刻還是等待時間過去？
離開後想身邊的人不再掛念自己是件痛苦而困難的事，但這大概是最好的結果吧。

近日迷上了Simple Plan，大概自從厭倦Bon Jovi後就沒有再怎樣聽過這種「嘈吵」的音樂了。喜歡Simple Plan的歌對生活傷痛的發洩，不負面，不帶破壞性，亦不需要強顏歡笑自欺欺人。
其中煲得最勁的應該是《Welcome to My Life》。本來覺得把自己代入歌詞是太過愁善感了，至少我沒有被left out in the dark，還未on the edge of breaking down；但其實每個人的生活都有悲慘一面，偶然去對號入座地沉溺一下自己，感受一下共鳴；也不完全是壞事。
